We examined the role of peer led initiatives in enhancing mental health resource accessibility and stigma reduction among teenagers, using Hiya, as a case study. The research comprehensively analyzed how peer-led models can offer a viable alternative to traditional mental health services, especially in engaging and supporting youth.
