The Global Women’s Forum, a one-day that lifts and empowers women, invited Hiya founder and CEO Alejandra Wells to speak at its March 8, 2025 event. Wells offered a unique perspective as the event’s only teen panelist.
During the panel, she sat alongside other influential speakers to discuss Hiya’s mission and her insights on the importance of mental health in young adults.
“My experience at the Global Women’s Forum was so inspiring. I love to see women in power and I aspire to be like them,” Wells said. “Being on the panel was so empowering as a young woman. Sharing my voice and getting loving feedback was so comforting.”
This isn’t her first speaking engagement. Wells has been a changemaker both in her community and globally. Last summer, she was invited by the International Children's Advisory Network (iCAN) to present her case study in Bari, Italy, on behalf of Hiya. iCAN has invited Wells to Montreal, Canada, this summer for its annual summit to present again.
The Global Women’s Forum, which took place at the Garden Theater, 3125 Oak View Dr., aims to celebrate and empower women through insights on economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, leadership, technology and health. To learn more visit https://globalwomensforum.com/
