We’ve got some exciting news to share with you!
Hiya, a jewelry line created by 14-year-old Alejandra Wells of Omaha, Nebraska, is teaming up with Luli Creative House to launch a photo campaign called “Check On Your People.” The campaign aims to encourage more teens to talk about their mental health and spread positivity.
Hiya's mission is to promote self-care and mental health awareness, and its founder, Alejandra, saw a need to provide positive encouragement to teenagers suffering from anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. She created beaded bracelets that soon became known as the Hiya’s Beads of Courage collection, where buying a bracelet supports gifting one to a teen in need of encouragement.
Now, Hiya is taking things up a notch by partnering with Omaha photographer Ariel Panowicz of Luli Creative House for a photo campaign. The posters created as part of this campaign will be distributed across area high schools, middle schools, and popular hangouts in Omaha, Nebraska.
The posters feature a QR code that can be scanned to access free mental health resources for those who need encouragement or more urgent care. This way, teens who may be struggling with their mental health can access the help they need with ease.
The photo campaign features behind-the-scenes images of the photo shoot with Ariel Panowicz. It’s so exciting to see young entrepreneurs like Alejandra making a positive impact on their community and inspiring others to take action.
So, don't forget to "Check On Your People" and spread positivity wherever you go! If your business would like to display a "Check On Your People" poster, please reach out to Hiya's team to make arrangements.
